All workflows and user actions are available through REST APIs.
Extensibility
- RunMyProcess allows developers to use external Javascript librairies to create new functionalities.
- It is also possible to include custom HTML code in the web interfaces to create customized layouts.
- RunMyProcess allows developers to use frameworks like AngularJS or Materialize.
- Developers can share their code through the developer community.
Application Portability
RunMyProcess does not allow developers to move the applications in other platforms.
Customers can export their data and the custom librairies (Javascript, CSS) that they built.
Offline Capabilities
RunMyProcess provides a mobile application for Android and IoS
Our mobile applications provide offline capabilities that allow users to access to their applications offline.
Quality Assurance and Test Automation
It is possible to perform the QA of your RunMyProcess applications by using external testing tools like Selenium.
Work Planning and Management
RunMyProcess Digital Suite Studio allows developers to provide feedback while building their applications.
For each feedback, a gitlab ticket is created for our Product Team, then our R&D team takes care of the tickets that are approved by the product’s experts.
We are constantly improving our platform based on these feedbacks.
UI Design and Frameworks
RunMyProcess provides a drag and drop visual interface builder.
Some visual customization options are available: choose primary color, create a personalized CSS, embed external components like Google file selector.
All RunMyProcess applications are responsive and you can also use the mobile application RunMyApp (available for Android and IoS)
Workflow Automation
RunMyprocess helps developers to build workflows with high level of complexity.
A workflow can contain hundreds of activities of different types: script, API call, email.
With the previous advanced workflow capabilities, it appears that RunMyProcess is a simple tool, that is already for many mission critical activities.

RunMyProcess provides a librairy of connectors. There are more than 500 connectors available, and we can still create new ones on demand.
Event-Driven Capabilities
RunMyProcess supports multiple types of events: reminders, webhook, conditional events, incoming email.
These events are essential for the implementation of scenarios where there is a dependency with external systems.
Application Release Management
RunMyProcess has an integrated versioning system.
- This versioning functionality allows the developer to build, test and deploy a new version of the application without any downtime.
The versioning is 100% based on visual tools and does not require the knowledge of advanced versioning tools.
Internationalization and Localization
RunMyProcess platform is available in more than 10 languages.
For each application that we build, we can decide to translate it in different languages without many efforts.
You can localize your applications in all the languages that are relevant for you, including Arabic, Hebrew, Cinese.
